Bathurst 1000 is a race in the V8 Supercar series. Bathurst is raced on Mount Panorama, Bathurst and they are some great skill testing corners. There was a King of the Mountain and his name was Peter Brock and had set a lap record that no one could beat. Until 2003 when Greg Murphy beat the lap time in the top ten shoot out. The Bathurst 1000 has had many names like the Bob Jane T-Marts Bathurst 1000 and the Super Cheap Auto Bathurst 1000.
